Here at MGIMS Sevagram, it threads our story. Since 1969, 25 Vijays trod these paths—pioneers Vijay Mutha, Vijaykumar Misuriya; 1970’s Vijay Akulwar, Vijay Sonone; then Vijay Gupta, Vijay Kathuria, Vijay Ramdasi, Vijay Singh Rajan; up to Vijay Sharma, Vijay Verma. Then—silence. None since 2017.

Cricket fans know the cadence: Vijay Merchant, Vijay Hazare, Vijay Manjrekar—legends who ruled the golden era with grace and grit.

Our Vijays echoed them: quiet souls from India’s corners, mastering skills in Sevagram, practicing ethical medicine. Today, they cherish MGIMS memories with warm nostalgia.
